The client (hereafter “Client”) and Dream Solution SRL (hereafter “Provider”), and Posbel (hereafter “Product(s)”). This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) provides examples of prohibited conduct related to Posbel Products by Dream Solution SRL.

Client shall not use the Products in any illegal, deceptive, exploitative, or fraudulent manner. This includes—but is not limited to—phishing, identity theft, theft, fraud, or misleading or unethical marketing or advertising.

Client shall not make claims—medical, scientific, or otherwise—that are factually incorrect or unsupported by documented evidence.

Client shall not promote, tolerate, or distribute offensive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

Client may not incite violence or promote, tolerate, or abuse anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Client shall not reveal or distribute material containing personal, medical, or sensitive information without explicit consent from the individual concerned.

Client shall not infringe or misuse copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights of any person.

Client shall not collect data from the Products or systems, nor attempt to decrypt transmissions to or from servers running the Products.

Client shall not use the Products in any way likely to damage, disable, overload, alter, disrupt, or compromise our systems or their security, or interfere with other users. This includes using bots or unchecked automation.

Client shall not use the Products to send unsolicited or mass commercial electronic messages.

Client may not operate a firearms store or offer illegal weapons or components that would make a legal weapon illegal.

Dream Solution SRL may take action against the Client’s account if deemed, at its sole discretion, that conduct or business is inconsistent with this Policy, including content removal, account suspension or termination without refund or notice.

Any decision by Dream Solution regarding this Policy is final and binding. The Provider reserves the right to enforce or not enforce this Policy at its sole discretion.

Provider may revise this Policy at any time by notifying the Client per the Service Agreement. Continued use of the Products after revisions indicates acceptance of them.
